Thirteen arts organizations throughout the province will enhance their creative spaces with the support of $499,500 in small capital grants from the British Columbia government.
Sport organizations joined the B.C. government in declaring a commitment to erase bullying in sport at this year’s Pink Shirt Day, taking the success of government’s Erase Bullying Strategy to highlight sports.
The B.C. government is providing an additional $5 million to the Community Gaming Grants program, bringing the annual total to $140 million. This annual funding supports not-for-profit organizations in the services they provide to enrich communities throughout British Columbia.
