Population - British Columbia’s population increased 0.9% during the twelve-month period ending July 1st, 2013, rising to an estimated 4,581,978.
Labour Force - British Columbia’s unemployment rate edged down 0.2 percentage points to 6.4% (seasonally adjusted) in January, as employment growth (+0.3%) outpaced the increase in the number of people either working or looking for work (+0.1%).
