Attorney General Barry Penner has released the final report of the Davies Commission of Inquiry into the death of Frank Joseph Paul.

The report from Commissioner William H. Davies, QC, focuses on the response of the ministry's criminal justice branch. Davies released an interim report in March 2009 that reviewed the responses of the British Columbia Ambulance Service, Vancouver Police Department, BC Coroners Service and Office of the Police Complaints Commissioner.
