The new Quesnel Junior school has opened, giving students and families a new, modern space to learn.

Construction on Quesnel-Hydraulic Road has been completed to allow single-lane alternating traffic through the landslide zone, approximately 20 kilometres south of Quesnel.

Work is underway to enhance forest resilience to protect against the impacts of wildfire and climate change in the Cariboo Region.

The Province of British Columbia has amended permits that will allow the expansion of the Bonanza Ledge Underground Mine, which supports ongoing jobs in the region.
