Approximately 100 new affordable rental homes in Surrey are now open for veterans, first responders, legion members, families and individuals.

The Province, through BC Housing, is partnering with the Community Land Trust of B.C. (CLT), the Sunshine Housing Co-operative and the City of Surrey to build a new 69-home affordable co-operative housing development in Surrey.

Residents of Jennings Place are living in improved comfort, safety and security following the completion of a $7.9-million renovation to the 52-unit townhouse complex.

The doors of a new supportive housing building in Surrey are open, providing more than 60 safe and secure homes for people in the community experiencing, or at-risk of, homelessness.
