Following a merit-based recruitment process, Luningning Alcuitas-Imperial has been appointed chair of the Mental Health Review Board (MHRB), the independent tribunal established under the Mental Health Act.

Paul Singh has been appointed acting chair of the BC Human Rights Tribunal (BCHRT), the independent tribunal responsible for accepting, screening, mediating and adjudicating human rights complaints. 

The Province, through BC Housing, has signed a lease with GSL Group that will allow the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre (SOFMC) to be used again for temporary housing beginning in March.
