People in B.C. will have improved access to cervical cancer screening as a provincewide cervix self-screening program launches, including the option to screen at home, a first in Canada.

The Province wants to hear from people about the supports available when they must evacuate their homes during a disaster. 

Tougher action is being taken to prevent truckers from crashing into highway infrastructure throughout B.C. as stronger deterrents against unsafe commercial-vehicle drivers will make highway travel safer.
