The Province is supporting the environmental protection of sensitive environmental areas along the Chilliwack River for the removal of belongings left behind on vacant and unattended land.

Seniors with low to moderate incomes in Burnaby will soon have access to 155 new affordable rental homes as construction starts on a new project in the community.

People experiencing homelessness in Saanich now have access to 52 new homes with support services 24 hours a day, seven days a week thanks to a partnership between the Province, through BC Housing, the federal government, and the Capital Regional District (CRD).

Approximately 100 new affordable rental homes in Surrey are now open for veterans, first responders, legion members, families and individuals.
