Under the BC Rural Dividend Program, the Government of British Columbia is providing $906,306 for seven projects in the Lillooet district.

Following Phase 1 soil anchor installation, load restrictions have been adjusted at the Ten Mile Slide site on Highway 99.

A series of resurfacing improvements on Road 40 and in the Seton Portage area west of Lillooet will get underway this season, providing safer conditions for the Shalalth Reserve and communities of Seton Portage, Gold Bridge and Bralorne, announced Fraser-Nicola MLA Jackie Tegart on behalf of Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Todd Stone.

Emergency stabilization work at the Ten-Mile Slide on Highway 99 northeast of Lillooet is now underway, providing immediate short-term stabilization that will allow the highway to be opened to two lanes, improving safety and mobility for the local communities and the traveling public.
