People in need of affordable housing in Prince George will soon have access to 36 new rental homes with the purchase of a new building at 605 Quebec St.

Safe and secure homes with supports for as many as 30 people experiencing homelessness in Prince George are coming soon.

The Province and the City of Prince George have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) that formalizes their commitment to work together to better support people who are unhoused and sheltering in encampments and to help prevent encampments.

Indigenous Elders and seniors experiencing or at risk of homelessness will soon begin moving into 35 new homes with supports as part of a new multi-phase rental housing development in Prince George.
