The Province of British Columbia is partnering with the City of Vancouver to support a cargo e-bike micro hub project that will help reduce traffic congestion and air pollution around the city.

Work is about to start on a project to replace the existing Kaslo Bridge on Highway 31 with a new wider bridge, to boost safety and capacity for people who travel this route.

Work on Highway 14 and Otter Point Road in Sooke is wrapping up, making travel safer and easier for people driving, cycling, walking and using transit in the area.

Drivers are reminded that winter tire regulations remain in place until April 30, 2021, on many highways to account for early spring snowfall.

Preliminary in-river work began in February 2021 on the new toll-free Pattullo Bridge replacement.
