Seniors with low to moderate incomes and people with disabilities in Langley will soon have access to more than 100 new affordable homes as construction begins on a redevelopment project in the community.

The Province, through BC Housing, has purchased the former Canada’s Best Value Inn in Langley to provide nearly 50 homes with supports for people experiencing homelessness in the community.

Forty-nine people are transitioning from homelessness to supportive housing, as the doors open this week at a newly renovated building at 6465 201 St. in Langley.
