Drivers are alerted to expect early morning traffic delays on Highway 7 between 240th and 272nd streets, as BC Hydro works to repair downed power lines.

Drivers are advised that beginning Thursday, April 9, at 9 p.m., the Haney Bypass will be closed to all traffic between Lougheed Highway and Callaghan Avenue.

New street lights will be installed along Highway 7 between Laity Street and 220th Street, providing lighting along a particularly dark section of this busy corridor to improve safety for pedestrians, cyclists and drivers.
