Parents in the Prince George area can mark Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017, on their calendars to share their thoughts on student progress reporting, including report cards.

More than 90 Aboriginal learners in Northern B.C. are receiving training in their communities through five programs that will help them prepare for jobs such as health care assistants, skilled trades people and residential building maintenance assistants.

Vulnerable animals in northern B.C. will receive the care they need, thanks to an investment of approximately $1.5 million made by the B.C. government to upgrade the BC Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (BC SPCA) facility in Prince George.
