People in the Squamish-Lillooet region will be able to grow their record of success, making sure more organics are turned into nutrient-rich soils, not landfill waste.

Bruce Ralston, Minister of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources, has issued the following statement in response to the launch of Carbon Engineering’s innovation centre:

The Government of B.C. is partnering with the District of Squamish and Squamish Helping Hands Society to provide 49 new temporary homes for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness in the community.

Child care is getting less expensive and easier to find in the Sea-to-Sky region as the Province invests in more than 30 new child care spaces to give more parents the option to return to work, go back to school or pursue other opportunities.
