South Surrey students can look forward to more classrooms in an expanded Sunnyside Elementary and a new school site in the Darts Hill neighbourhood.

Up to 36 eligible people in Surrey will receive construction trades training for Red Seal certification as electricians, carpenters and plumbers, thanks to more than $500,000 in provincial government funding.

As part of the Province’s $2-million commitment to improve access to justice for British Columbians, the Law Foundation of B.C. has awarded a $250,000 grant that will allow the SOURCES Community Resources Society to become a legal clinic.
