Wearing multiple hats in a one-person office doesn’t mean more work. For Doreen Pardy, a child protection social worker with the Ministry of Children and Family Development, it means being able to help more families, working with more excellent and compassionate community members and experiencing more positive outcomes.

The general public and local residents are invited to attend a drop-in open house and information session on Wednesday, March 16, 2016, to review Valemount Glacier Destinations’ master plan.

Valemount will receive a total of $56,627 for projects that help support tourism infrastructure and amenities.

The Province has approved an Interim Agreement for the Valemount Glacier Destination Resort proposal, allowing the project to develop a master plan.
