Justice Minister Suzanne Anton issued the following statement in response to two Supreme Court of Canada decisions related to B.C.’s immediate roadside prohibition (IRP) law:

The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a man who died in a motor vehicle incident near Nanaimo on Oct. 5, 2015.

With Bill 32, the Province has introduced changes to the Family Maintenance Enforcement Act – creating program efficiencies that will benefit the lives of B.C. children and families.
