Nine affordable homes will soon be available to middle-income homebuyers, as construction has started on a new condominium project in Victoria.

BC Housing has secured the temporary use of Mount Tolmie Hospital in Saanich to ensure everyone maintains their accommodation, as the lease on Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre temporary shelter could not be extended.

More than 2,600 new affordable rental homes are coming for people with moderate and low incomes in 42 communities throughout the province.
