David Eby, Attorney General, has issued the following statement in response to the Commission of Inquiry into Money Laundering in British Columbia (the Cullen Commission):

New provincial funding will support and strengthen the reclamation and revitalization of First Nations languages, arts, culture and heritage across B.C.  

B.C.’s speculation and vacancy tax (SVT) helped make homes more affordable in the SVT areas of the province, based on independent analysis by Tsur Somerville and Jake Wetzel.

People, businesses and public-sector organizations can now view and bid on procurement opportunities on the newly launched BC Bid site, the Province’s online procurement marketplace.

The Province is launching the BC Heat Alert and Response System (BC HARS) to help ensure people, First Nations communities and local governments have the tools they need to stay safe during heat events.

Families, students and school staff celebrated the official opening of Skwo:wech Elementary, which provides a modern learning and teaching environment along with an important meaning in its new name.
