The King Charles III Coronation Medal was awarded to outstanding individuals in British Columbia during a ceremony with the lieutenant governor.

Eighteen people in British Columbia are being honoured with the Province’s Medal of Good Citizenship for their extraordinary contributions to their communities.

Twelve individuals who exemplify excellence have been appointed to the Order of British Columbia in this special anniversary year.

The B.C. government recognized youth as part of this year’s B.C. Francophonie Day, an annual event to celebrate the social, cultural and economic contributions of francophones throughout the province.
