British Columbia’s public and stakeholder engagement on the legalization and regulation of non-medical cannabis — one of the most engaging in B.C.’s history — is now complete.

There’s still time to have your say on how B.C. should regulate the use of non-medical cannabis when the federal government makes it legal next July.

A joint provincial-local government committee that will consider policies related to cannabis legalization and regulation in British Columbia is set to begin meeting later this week.

Government is inviting British Columbians to share their views about how the Province can keep young people, neighbourhoods and roads safe after Canada legalizes non-medical cannabis next year.
