Work to improve travel times on Highway 1 through the Township of Langley is moving ahead with the replacement of the Glover Road crossing.

The Province of B.C. is making improvements to the Highway 99/32nd Avenue Interchange in Surrey to make travel to and from South Surrey and White Rock safer and more efficient.

People in communities throughout B.C. will have more opportunities to choose walking, biking and other sustainable travel options as this year’s Active Transportation Infrastructure Grants program opens for applications.

All four phases of the Lower Lynn Improvements Project are complete, providing improved traffic flow and better active transportation options for more than 120,000 daily commuters.

Ground was officially broken Thursday, July 7, 2022, on the new five-lane Steveston interchange in Richmond as part of the project that will see the George Massey Tunnel replaced with a new toll-free crossing.
