In advance of the Aug. 3 Joint Review Panel (JRP) deadline, B.C. has formally submitted its intention to cross-examine Northern Gateway Pipelines (NGP) on their Enbridge Northern Gateway Project at the JRP hearings, Minister of Environment Terry Lake announced.
