Environment Minister Terry Lake and Energy, Mines and Natural Gas Minister Rich Coleman have issued a conditional Environmental Assessment Certificate to Peace River Coal Inc. for the proposed Roman Coal Mine project, located 30 kilometres south of Tumbler Ridge.
