Angling closures on the Seymour and Coquihalla rivers and their tributaries have been extended in order to protect vulnerable salmon and steelhead populations.

Comments are being accepted until Nov. 24, 2015, on a discussion paper released today as part of a comprehensive timber supply review for the Kamloops Timber Supply Area.

Temporary water use restrictions on the Coldwater River and its tributaries have been rescinded effective noon, Sept. 18, 2015.
