The Province, anti-gang units and local police continue to make progress on British Columbia’s $23-million expanded Guns and Gangs Strategy.

Following a proposal call in February 2016, the British Columbia government has announced the preferred proponents to own and operate two social housing sites that are currently owned by the Province and managed by BC Housing.
