Students in B.C. will now have new possibilities to earn credits for First Nations language and culture programs through the expansion of the External Credentials Program (ECP).

More than 40 community organizations, rightsholders and Indigenous partners, education partners and students participated in the third Minister’s Community Roundtable on Anti-Racism in Education.

People from diverse backgrounds with a passion to help build a better, more equitable province are encouraged to apply to be part of B.C.’s first anti-racism data committee.

New provincial funding will support and strengthen the reclamation and revitalization of First Nations languages, arts, culture and heritage across B.C.
