Proposed amendments to the Election Act will make it easier for voters in B.C. to cast their ballots, while continuing to combat disinformation, increase transparency and strengthen third-party advertising rules in the provincial electoral process.

Nominations are open to honour individuals and organizations that are championing multiculturalism and addressing racism throughout British Columbia.

To help deliver more good homes for people, the Province is introducing new laws to build the homes people need, make it possible for homes that are vacant to be rented and remove discriminatory age and rental restrictions in stratas that hurt young families.

Funding to tackle racism and advance racial equity is available for community organizations through the Province’s 2022-23 multiculturalism grants program.
