The Province is working in partnership to deliver new affordable rental homes for people with low to moderate incomes in Vernon and Oliver.

People with low to moderate incomes, including families, seniors and people with disabilities, are moving into 80 new affordable rental homes, with the opening of Phase 2 of the Oak Park redevelopment in Langford.

To support people experiencing homelessness who need a safe, secure place to stay in Williams Lake, the Province is partnering with the Cariboo Friendship Society to open a temporary Emergency Response Centre (ERC).
