The B.C. government has distributed $802,808 in compensation for municipal property taxes to the City of Surrey.

The B.C. government has distributed $290,551 in compensation for municipal property taxes to the City of Kelowna.

The B.C. government has distributed $1,813,345 in compensation for municipal property taxes to the City of Prince George.

The B.C. government has distributed $1,186,008 in compensation for municipal property taxes to the City of Maple Ridge.

The B.C. government has distributed over $155,000 in compensation for municipal property taxes to the City of Dawson Creek and the District of Fort St. James.

The B.C. government has distributed $26,484 in compensation for municipal property taxes to the City of Cranbrook.

The B.C. government has distributed over $80,000 in compensation for municipal property taxes to the City of Williams Lake and the District of 100 Mile House.

Nine new members have been appointed to the Premier’s Technology Council (PTC), joining six reappointed members with a strong and revitalized mandate to help drive the adoption and growth of technology in B.C.  

The new Societies Act takes effect today, providing British Columbia societies with additional flexibility and offering the public more transparency.
