Students in B.C. will now have new possibilities to earn credits for First Nations language and culture programs through the expansion of the External Credentials Program (ECP).

More than 40 community organizations, rightsholders and Indigenous partners, education partners and students participated in the third Minister’s Community Roundtable on Anti-Racism in Education.

Francophone students and families in Pemberton are one step closer to having a permanent home for the École La Vallée community.

A community roundtable will bring together nearly 40 community organizations, rightsholders and education partners to address racism in education and help shape the provincial K-12 Anti-Racism in Education Action Plan.

Students throughout the province are gathering together to share stories of positivity and kindness, and to say no to bullying.

Many students throughout the province will commemorate the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz with age-appropriate lessons about how, where, what and why the Holocaust happened, including survivors’ personal stories.
