Students throughout British Columbia are benefiting from enhanced extracurricular activities and a stronger school system with help from Community Gaming Grant funding for parent advisory councils (PACs) and district parent advisory councils (DPACs).

Students in the Quesnel School District will benefit from $1.3 million in provincial funding for school upgrade projects, classroom supplies and a new school bus.

Government is providing school districts with a total of $95 million to help them extend the life of their facilities, put new supplies in classrooms and buy new school buses.

Students in the Nechako Lakes School District will benefit from over $1.3 million in provincial funding for school upgrade projects, classroom supplies and new school buses, MLA John Rustad announced on behalf of Education Minister Mike Bernier.

Students in the North Okanagan-Shuswap School District will benefit from over $1.6 million in provincial funding for school upgrade projects, classroom supplies and school buses, MLA Greg Kyllo announced on behalf of Education Minister Mike Bernier.

Students in the Fraser-Cascade School District will benefit from $1.3 million in provincial funding for school upgrade projects and classroom supplies, MLA Laurie Throness announced on behalf of Education Minister Mike Bernier.

Students in the Mission School District will benefit from almost $1.8 million in provincial funding for school upgrade projects, classroom supplies and a new school bus, MLA Marc Dalton announced on behalf of Education Minister Mike Bernier.

Students in the Gold Trail School District will benefit from $891,604 in provincial funding for a school upgrade project, classroom supplies and new school buses, MLA Jackie Tegart announced on behalf of Education Minister Mike Bernier.
