A B.C. environmental assessment certificate has been issued to Vopak Development Canada Inc. for the proposed Vopak Pacific Canada Project, which is on federal lands within federal jurisdiction.

Changes to the Environmental Assessment Certificate for the Trans Mountain Expansion Project, and recommendations to other agencies, have been made by George Heyman, Minister of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, and Bruce Ralston, Minister of Energy, Mines and Low Carbon Innovation, for the pipeline project that runs between Edmonton and Burnaby.

Health authorities, universities and school districts are among B.C. public-sector organizations that can access increased CleanBC electric vehicle (EV) charging rebates to make zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs) the default option for B.C. public-sector fleets.

The Province is advising owners of private drinking-water wells in flooded areas in the Metro Vancouver Regional District and Fraser Valley Regional District that their wells may be at increased risk of contamination.
