The first aerial-spraying treatment to eradicate invasive gypsy moths from 62 hectares of residential and municipal park land in North Surrey will occur Wednesday, May 1, 2019, weather permitting.

The BC Wildfire Service will help BC Parks conduct a 100-hectare ecosystem restoration burn in the Dry Farm area of the Churn Creek Protected Area, about 75 kilometres west of 100 Mile House, between April 17 and May 17, 2019.

Effective May 15, 2019, a new $15 fee will apply to five currently free recreation sites in the Campbell Lake area that are being upgraded to fee-for-service sites to provide better camping services.
