Skilled trades students in five northwestern B.C. school districts will benefit from a three-year, $15-million investment by the B.C. government to support youth trades programs with the purchase of new trades training equipment.

Skilled trades students in the Burnaby and New Westminster school districts will benefit from a three-year, $15-million investment by the B.C. government to support youth trades programs with the purchase of new trades training equipment.

Skilled trades students in School District 37 will benefit from a three-year, $15-million investment by the B.C. government to support youth trades programs with the purchase of new trades training equipment.

The spotlight will be on Comox Valley, thanks to a $250,000 investment to increase and promote tourism activities in the region.

The 2017 HSBC Canada Women’s Sevens rugby tournament will return to Langford this May, thanks in part to a $130,000 provincial investment announced by Shirley Bond, Minister of Jobs, Tourism and Skills Training and Minister Responsible for Labour.
