Eighteen agricultural fairs in diverse communities throughout the province and the BC Association of Agricultural Fairs and Exhibitions shared $794,000 in community gaming grants this year, funded by the Government of British Columbia.

Every year, gaming revenues generate hundreds of millions of dollars that the Government of British Columbia invests in providing key services, including health care and education, for all citizens and communities throughout the province.

Eligible public safety non-profit organizations can apply now for a B.C. community gaming grant. The application deadline is Aug. 31, 2014.
