Drivers are advised BC Hydro requires two overnight closures of the southbound slow lane on Highway 99 through the George Massey Tunnel, starting tonight, Monday, June 10.

BC Hydro will construct more than $1.25 billion in capital projects throughout Burnaby over the next decade to upgrade and expand the electricity grid, and provide clean power for homes and businesses in growing communities.

Drivers using Highway 99 in Delta are advised that construction work at the 78th Street Interchange is getting underway and there will be minor impacts to traffic for the duration of the project.

People travelling in the evenings along Highway 1 in Saanich can expect to see work starting this week on the Colquitz River Bridges Widening Project.
