A new wildlife overpass south of Radium Hot Springs is set to significantly decrease vehicle collisions with bighorn sheep enhancing safety along Highway 93/95 for highway users while safeguarding the iconic local bighorn sheep population.

People travelling along Highway 1 near Ladysmith are reminded to drive with caution as crews complete drainage and base repair work needed along the Trans-Canada Highway near the intersection of Thicke Road, Ladysmith.

People are invited to an information session for updates about two slide sites near Highway 20.

People will be safer on B.C.’s roads with another round of support for 56 more communities that will further help prevent serious injuries and deaths.
