Upgraded high-performance computing (HPC) systems with massive memory and exceptional speed are being launched at two British Columbia universities. This will give researchers the tools to solve problems that have previously been beyond their reach.

Bill 13, the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act (No. 2), 2011, was introduced in the legislature today by Attorney General Barry Penner. If passed, the amendments will affect a number of provincial statutes.
