Work is scheduled to begin this summer to replace the Upper Harris Bridge between Lake Cowichan and Port Renfrew, improving the safety and reliability of this Harris River crossing. The bridge is located about 30 km southeast of Lake Cowichan along the Pacific Marine Circle Route. A new two-lane structure will replace the old single-lane bridge.
