ARC Asphalt Recycling Inc. has won this year's Deputy Minister's Contractor of the Year Award in the paving category, for a project on Highway 16 from Blackman Road to Red Pass and Driscoll Creek to Slim Creek, east of Prince George.

Capilano Highway Services has won this year's Deputy Minister's Contractor of the Year Award for highway maintenance, for its work in the Sunshine Coast/Powell River Service Area.

Kiewit Flatiron has won this year's Deputy Minister's Contractor of the Year Award for bridges and structures, for Phase 1 of the Port Mann/Highway 1 Improvement Project.

Emil Anderson Construction Inc. of Kelowna has won this year's Deputy Minister's Contractor of the Year Award in the grading category for its work on the Monte Creek to Pritchard Four Laning Phase 1 project.

Mainroad Lower Mainland Contracting LP has won this year's Deputy Minister's Contractor of the Year Award in Road and Bridge Maintenance for work in the Lower Mainland service area.

Seismic 2000 Construction Ltd. of Aldergrove has won this year's Deputy Minister's Contractor of the Year Award in the bridges and structures category for its work on the Highway 3 Old Kootenay River Channel Bridge.
