Community grants for not-for-profit organizations in northern B.C. will help deliver services so people can be more active, creative and culturally connected.

Families and individuals of the Lhtako Dené Nation will soon begin moving into 10 new on-reserve homes, with the opening of an affordable rental development.  

As of Thursday, Dec. 1, 2022, more employees at B.C.’s agencies, boards, commissions, and a number of Crown corporations will be protected by the Public Interest Disclosure Act.

The Province, through BC Housing, is partnering with the Community Land Trust of B.C. (CLT), the Sunshine Housing Co-operative and the City of Surrey to build a new 69-home affordable co-operative housing development in Surrey.
