A new permanent supportive housing building with 51 safe and secure homes will soon be available in Vernon for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Construction is underway on a new housing project that will replace three aging apartment buildings with 97 affordable rental homes for families, seniors and people with low to moderate incomes.
