New highway signage will lead the way to local wineries in the Kamloops area this summer, announced Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Todd Stone.

As part of B.C. on the Move, the Province's new 10-year transportation plan, improvements will be made to reduce congestion and improve safety for motorists, pedestrians and cyclists on Highway 1 in Langford.

The Government of Canada has identified the Highway 1 Lower Lynn Corridor Improvement project for funding consideration of up to $34.1 million under the New Building Canada Plan in British Columbia.
