Minister of Jobs, Tourism and Skills Training along with the Industry Training Authority (ITA) announced today that a new trades training program will be offered in B.C. starting October 2015 that will provide Aboriginal people with skills training and work experience necessary to be employed by a wide variety of general contractors and to fill the growing demand for labour in the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) sector.
