A new state-of-the-art and seismically safe Royal BC Museum (RBCM) is coming to Victoria and will be more accessible for all British Columbians.

A concept plan for a new Indigenous centre is moving forward on the territories of the Coast Salish peoples in Vancouver.

To meet the increasing demand for nurses in British Columbia, the Province is making it easier for eligible internationally educated nurses (IENs) to enter the province’s health system so they can support British Columbians’ health-care needs sooner.

More than 13,000 British Columbians have participated in an engagement on how government can safely and thoughtfully use demographic data to address systemic racism and build a better, more inclusive province for everyone. 

People in communities throughout B.C. will have improved access to resources to help them tackle discrimination and enhance the province’s diversity as 60 organizations receive support through the BC Multiculturalism Grants program.

Budget 2022 reflects the choices government is making that are needed to build a stronger B.C. and make life better for people, by investing in B.C.’s economic, environmental and social strengths.
