Premier Christy Clark today had a successful meeting with Her Excellency Miriam Ziv, Ambassador of Israel to Canada, in which both the Premier and Her Excellency committed to working together explore opportunities between B.C. and Israel.

Premier Clark also met today with Consul General of China Liang Shugen. The Premier and Consul General spoke at length about the great friendship between B.C. and China. The two committed to working together to strengthen business relations and create new economic opportunities.

A third meeting with Consul General of India Ashok Das provided an opportunity for Premier Clark to discuss B.C.'s strong trade and educational ties and friendship with India.
