BC Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB) has recalled 11 products from the Woody's line of alcoholic vodka beverages, and has suspended all sales of these products.

The public should not consume the affected Woody's brand of vodka beverages described below because the product may contain glass fragments, according to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

The products being recalled are:

  • Woody's - Pink Grapefruit
  • Woody's - Sasparilla
  • Woodys - Mexican Lime
  • Woody's - Refresher
  • Woody's - Vodka Cola
  • Woody's - Blackcurrent and Apple
  • Woody's - Pineapple and Grapefruit
  • Woody's - Pink Grapefruit
  • Woody's - 99 Raspberry
  • Pomtini Pomegranate
  • Orangetini

In the interest of customer safety and in consultation with the supplier, the LDB is recalling these products after receiving confirmation of the presence of glass particles in some bottles was identified.

Customers returning this product to any liquor stores in British Columbia will receive a full refund.
