Mr. Wagner's identity was confirmed through fingerprint comparison.
Autopsy and toxicology testing will be undertaken by the BC Coroners Service to determine a cause of death.
The family of Mr. Wagner has been notified of his death. On behalf of the family, the BC Coroners Service asks that the media respect their privacy at this difficult time.
